HOW THE MAMMOTH DARKROOM II DR150 - 1.5M X 1.5M X 2.0M - GROW TENT SILVER WORKS:

Mammoth DARKROOM II Grow Tents are premium products minus the premium price-tag – light-years ahead of the countless low-grade alternatives on the market. They’re an intensively researched, tried-and-tested product, designed to provide you with the features required to create the perfect, enclosed growing environment. The team at Mammoth have thought of everything: there are built-in access points to accommodate equipment for every aspect of your indoor garden. The tent’s framework is constructed using high-strength steel poles that are secured into position using new, specially engineered polypropylene corner segments – now three times stronger than those of other grow tents. It’s also manufactured using heavy-duty fabric. Quality material is crucial to eliminating light leaks and keeping your grow protected.

Photosynthesis is the lifeblood of your plants; for this reason, they are very finely attuned to variations in light cycles. Cheap tents with weak spots that cause light-leaks can lead to disastrous results. That’s why you need a grow tent with the prestige of the Mammoth Darkroom II: when the zips are closed, this tent forms a properly sealed unit. Light cannot penetrate through and disturb the ‘lights-off’ period – the inside always stays 100% pitch-black. Conversely, high-intensity indoor lighting can be used comfortably during the ‘lights-on’ period without ever being visible from the outside: light energy produced by your lamp is directed towards your plants, where it’s needed most! This is all made possible with high-quality double stitching, drawstrings for all inlets and premium-grade lightproof zips. 95% of your lamp’s light is directed back towards plants via a layer of reflective hammered-silver mylar lining, covering every inch of the Mammoth DARKROOM II Grow Tent’s sides and ceiling.

Zippered side-doors provide convenient access to side areas and the rear of your tent.  Hand watering, checking nutrient delivery systems, administering foliar feed and many other everyday tasks are made a whole lot simpler with this kind of easy access.

The Mammoth DARKROOM II Grow Tent is supplied with extra strong hanging tubes, which comfortably accommodate up to 30 kilos, providing more than adequate support for duct fans, carbon filters, lighting and other equipment. The DARKROOM also features a removable water-proof drip-sheet, which ensures that any spillages can be easily wiped down. The tent is also machine-washable at 40 degrees for times when more heavy duty cleaning may be required.

DARKROOM II Tents are a doddle to erect and just as easy to dismantle. Should you ever wish to move your grow to a new location, a carry-bag is supplied for easy transportation.

USING THE MAMMOTH DARKROOM II DR150 - 1.5M X 1.5M X 2.0M - GROW TENT SILVER:

See the supplied instruction manual for a simple visual guide to erecting DARKROOM II Tents. Here is a very quick summary:

Unpack the tent and connect two of the horizontal bars (marked with an ‘A’) together to form a large horizontal bar. Do this eight times and insert them into 8 of the corner-pieces to form two separate squares.

Lay one of the squares  flat on the ground and insert the 4 lower upright poles (marked with a ‘B’) into the 4 corners pieces.

Then insert the upper upright poles, marked with a ‘C’, into the lower 4 upright poles (B). Place the remaining square on top of the structure, inserting each corner piece into each of the four upright poles, to form the ceiling of the tent frame.

Undo the zips and locate the ceiling square of the tent fabric. Place the ceiling square of the tent around the top corners of the tent-frame so that it fits snugly. Pull the material down, locate the floor area and slide it underneath the tent frame so that it can be fitted into the bottom corners.

Close the zips and place the fabric drip-tray in the bottom of the tent, wrapping the velcro tabs around the pole at each corner to secure it in place. Hanging tubes are fitted after the fabric on this range of tents. Hang your filter and/or duct-fan from the hanging tubes and feed ducting out through the most convenient extraction sock. Intake ducting can be fed through the most convenient intake sock. Fit your reflector and lamp from the hanging rails so that it sits in the centre of the tent. Feed your power cables through the most convenient cable sock and pull all drawstrings tight around any entry points.
